We use Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) to produce complex components with tight tolerances, especially in hardened materials or intricate geometries that aren’t practical with conventional cutting.
EDM is ideal for fine details, sharp internal corners, and parts that demand zero mechanical load during machining. We run both wire and die-sinking (spark erosion) processes depending on your application.
